For decades, I used music to connect with people, becoming a rockstar just to feel seen. But while I succeeded on stage, I crashed and burned in love. Like many of us, I lacked the right role models and tried to navigate relationships without a map.
That crash sparked a 20-year deep dive into psychology, healing, and the science of connection.
